Our Winter Package Install service allows you to fully customize the look of your space—choosing planter sizes, shapes, and decorative elements that reflect your home’s style, while we handle the design, sourcing, and installation.

Step 1: Choose Your Planter Designs

Select the planter designs that best fit your space, scale, and style.

• Sizes: Small, Medium, or Large

• Shapes: Square/Round or Rectangle

• Planter Source:

  • Use your existing planters, or

  • Have us provide planters as part of your install

• Base Colors (if providing planters):

  • Black

  • White

  • Brown/Bronze

You may choose as many planters in each size, shape, and color as you’d like. Each arrangement is custom-designed to feel full, balanced, and proportionate to your home and entryway.

Step 2: Customize with Seasonal Add-Ons

Enhance your winter display with curated seasonal accents. Add as much—or as little—as you’d like.

Optional add-ons may include:

• Garland for doors, railings, doors, or columns

• Wreaths

• Ornaments and decorative accents

• String lights

These details allow your install to feel personal, layered, and festive without feeling overdone.

Step 3: Existing Planter Care (Optional)

Have existing planters that need a little attention? Choose this option to have our team tidy, refresh, and prepare your current containers while we’re on site.

This may include:

• Removal of old materials

• Light cleanup and shaping

• Preparing planters for winter use

Perfect for clients who want everything looking clean and intentional for the season.

Step 4: Mid-Season Refresh (Optional)

Winter weather can be unpredictable, and even the best-designed planters benefit from a little mid-season attention. Our Mid-Season Refresh service is available exclusively for planters originally designed and installed by Seasonal Porches.

This service allows us to return partway through the season to refresh and rebalance your winter arrangements—keeping them full, polished, and looking their best through the remainder of winter.

A Mid-Season Refresh may include:

• Removal of tired, weathered, or damaged materials

• Replacement or reinforcement of winter greens and focal elements

• Straightening, reshaping, and rebalancing of the arrangement

• Light cleanup to restore a clean, finished look

Mid-Season Refresh pricing is based on planter size and reflects reuse of the original container and design structure.

Ongoing Maintenance & Seasonal Care

Looking for continued care after your installation? We offer optional maintenance subscriptions for clients who want their planters to stay polished, balanced, and well-maintained throughout the season.

Maintenance subscriptions are purchased separately and provide scheduled visits for consistent watering, pruning/dead-heading, disease and pest control, and more. Subscriptions are available after installation and may be added at any time.
